Mediation and Mantra Teacher

A postgraduate in Yoga therapy, Lata ji has 10 years of teaching experience in many reputed TTC institutions in India. Her expertise lies in yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and mantra chanting.

Jay Gaur

Hatha Yoga Asana Teacher

A dedicated explorer of yoga since he was 18 years old, Jay holds a diploma in Computer Science and is currently working towards his Master’s degree in Yoga. For Jay, teaching Hatha yoga is a joy.

Lily Allen-Duenas

Yoga Nidra Teacher (RYT-200)

An international yoga and meditation teacher, Lily teaches hatha, vinyasa, prenatal - postnatal yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra. She is the founder of the Wild Yoga Tribe and is the host of the Wild Yoga Tribe Podcast.

Swami Atma Jnanananda Giri, doctor en homeopatía, estudió las técnicas de meditación en los Himalayas con el gran maestro Swami Veda Bharati, completó su formación en yoga y realizó un curso vedanta en el ashram Sivananda.
