Hatha Yoga and Pranayama Teacher with more than 10 years experience. Sandeep upholds that the art of breathing is the art of life. He strives to teach students to honor this connection in all ways of being.
From a very young age, he already was keen on yoga and has been more and more interested in developing his skills. He studied yoga from the International Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in Uttarkashi and Rishikesh. Thereafter, from 2010, he spent most of his time practising and teaching.
Sandeep went on to expand his knowledge and finished his Master’s Degree in Yoga and Naturopathy from Raman University. After that, he went on to explore Ashtanga yoga in Rishikesh and finished his 200-hour Teacher Training Course for both Ashtanga and Hatha yoga in 2016.
Sandeep has always been very passionate about his work. He loves to work with various Pranyama techniques and believes that Pranayama itself is a great tool for people who are busy in their life and get little time to practice. Just by bringing the awareness on breathing, he believes that it can quieten our mind to a great extent.
Besides doing yoga, Sandeep is a certified life coach and a great swimmer. He served as a Health and Fitness Manager at YMCA, New Delhi.
