Pratap Rawat is a native of Uttarakhand, the land of Gods.
He is an experienced and dedicated practitioner of yoga for many years in Rishikesh. Furthermore, Pratap holds a Master’s Degree in Yoga and the Vedic Sciences from Sanskrit University in Haridwar.
Pratap has developed a consistent practice in Ashtanga Yoga and works regularly with intermediate and advanced level students in daily Led and Mysore style classes.
You can expect Pratap’s classes to be energetic and informative, geared towards helping beginners build a strong foundation and understanding of yoga. He is exacting in his expectations, and has been known to teach an entire 60 minute class while in a headstand.
Yoga practice has helped me to make myself more disciplined, to grow my wisdom, and to build my faith on a strong foundation for my practice. It has also helped me to develop clarity in the body and mind.
