A veritable expert in yoga philosophy. As a kind and humble soul, Benu Ji is eager to share his wisdom, insight, and experiences on the path of yoga with the students at Punyah Yoga.
In the year of 2000, Benuji left Kerala and migrated to North India for spiritual learning. From then on, in the last 21-years, he travelled extensively throughout India. He stayed at many ashrams, learned yoga and vedanta from masters, and started teaching to reputed Yoga Alliance schools as a faculty member in yoga philosophy. In this journey, he did a Gurukul tradition course in 2003 in Satyananda Ashram in Bihar School of Yoga.
He has received one yoga diploma in 2007 from the University of Kerala another diploma in 2012 from the Bihar School of Yoga. Moreover, he completed an art of living course in Bangalore under Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and a 3 years Vedanta learning from Swami Premananda, Sivananda Ashram, Rishikesh.
His teaching experience spans 10 years in various recognized courses across all of India. He has trained thousands of students in 200-300hours TTC courses, and is honored to teach at Punyah Yoga.
